Thomas Roszak, AIA

Thomas Roszak has been closely involved in architectural design and construction for over 29 years with a market value in excess of $2 billion.  He has been involved in overseeing the design, development and construction of over 2,000 residential units.  Mr. Roszak started an architecture, development and construction firm in 1997.  Soon after, Thomas Roszak Architecture was born as an architectural firm dedicated to his personal belief on the importance of bringing a unique insight to creative, innovative, and environmentally effective design.  Ever since, the team has successfully worked on a wide range of building types continuing to challenge preconceptions and use a deep reflection of the opportunities to achieve ultimate results. Using the same ideals, Mr. Roszak also founded and currently leads his construction management company, SteelGrass, an eco-design-build firm.

Architectural Digest named Mr. Roszak one of its' World Top 20 Architects in 2005.  He was featured in Philip Jodidio's Architecture Now: 4, published by Tashen in 2006.  He also received the prestigious AIA National Honor Award in 2008.


Trevor Sheldon
Sr Project Manager

A construction professional since 1990, Trevor has a wealth of experience leading nearly every kind of construction project and an outstanding record of success with complex, high-profile high rises. His ability to turn in quality projects right on time no matter what is legendary. His most recent Chicago project was the Aurélien at 833 North Clark Street located in the renowned Gold Coast neighborhood, the 31-story, 368-unit apartment community features a unique combination of clean aesthetics, urban functionality and high-end design elements.

In addition, he has led the 44-story Hubbard Place project to on-time completion in spite of a three month delay at the start. And when a month was cut from the schedule midway through the 125,000-SF Salem Baptist Community Center, he resequenced the work and brought in the resources necessary to ensure it opened on schedule.


Mike Moceri
Project Manager

Mike is a Project Architect with experience in residential design, hospitality design, and construction management.  His education includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.  He also received a Master Degree in Integrated Building Delivery from the Illinois Institute of Technology.  Mike was instrumental in the success in both the JeffJack and Linea projects.  Mike plays a vital role in analyzing future development for TRA and its affiliated companies.  This work includes schematic design, budgeting and creating proformas to test the development's potential.
